We organize creative and interactive workshops for students and professionals, exploring topics such as social innovation, circular economy, entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability. Through inspiring, hands-on activities, we help them develop key skills for the future, become active citizens and contribute to building a better world.
Artistic and creative residencies
We offer young artists, creatives and social innovators the opportunity to live and work in the territories where we operate by developing innovative and experimental projects. Creative residencies are a unique opportunity to foster contamination between different disciplines and generate new ideas, helping to make our cities more vibrant and dynamic. For example, in Gorizia we have developed a special residency program for social innovators to stimulate the growth of new services and activities: Go_Innovation.
Business incubator
We support innovative startups and social entrepreneurs in realizing their projects by providing mentorship, training and access to a vast network of contacts. We stimulate the passions and unexpressed potential of people, especially young people, helping them transform their ideas into sustainable and impactful business projects. We believe in the power of ideas and want to contribute to the birth of new economies, generated by creativity and innovation.
Empowerment trainings
We offer customized programs to promote empowerment and the development of individual and collective potential. Through workshops, seminars and group activities, we help people overcome their limitations, acquire new skills and become protagonists of their own future. For example, we have organized women’s empowerment workshops to foster women’s integration into the world of work and society.
New professional figures
We believe in the power of people and their ability to generate change. For this reason, we invest in the creation of new professional figures. We develop tailor-made training paths and strategic actions to enhance newly emerging skills and contribute to their affirmation in the labor market. A concrete example is the figure of the Village Host, which we designed and for which we created a specific training program and a reference manifesto.
