He has been the project manager of Mammamiaaa, official project of Matera – European Capital of Culture 2019. Reference point and trendsetter on coliving, codesign, social innovation, community building, sustainable tourism, urban and rural village regeneration.

Co-founder of Casa Netural and Netural Coop. Expert in community facilitation processes, area development projects and citizen engagement in urban regeneration and civic activation processes. She has worked on defining territorial development strategies, innovative urban services, empowerment programs, business development and public administration services. She works on participatory planning and service design.
Samuele Biagioni
Communication manager
Co-founder of Netural Coop Enterprise digitalizer and consultant expert in digital marketing strategies, he has gained experience as an instructor in digital communication and holds the position of communications manager at Casa Netural. Passionate about civic activation, he creates and manages online communities boosting relationships and collaboration between citizens.

Co-founder of Netural Coop. Business consultant, corporate finance and business internationalization management. Key skills: business creation and business model development. Past experience: International cooperation with Serbia/Basilicata; Cooperation Finland and Basilicata Institutions; Implementation of SME growth strategies with the Province of Matera.
Egidio Lacanna
Social Logisitic & Operations lead
Expert in European planning, tertiary sector ,international cooperation and youth policies. He is president of Generazione Lucana, an association committed to building a youth-friendly country, and for more than 10 years he has worked in the field of territorial and community protection as a member of the Civil Defense participating in missions in several countries (Croatia, Morocco, Turkey) and contributing to the management of emergencies in Italy and abroad.
Maria Teresa Cirone
Junior communication manager
Graduated in Italian language and culture for foreigners and in foreign languages and literatures, she has gained various experiences as a teacher, and worked in projects related to teaching, environmental protection, participation and civic activation, especially among young people.
Teresa Giurini
Community host and organizational secretariat Casa Netural Gorizia
Educator, cultural mediator and interpreter, she collaborates with various organizations taking care of vulnerable boys and girls and organizes cultural and gastronomic events. Graduated in Development Cooperation and Applied Interlinguistic Communication, she has gained experience as a teacher and speaks Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch and a little Urdu and Portuguese.
