Coliving and work retreat
We have been pioneering the world of digital nomadism and smart working, designing work retreats, coworking and coliving: collaborative spaces for remote workers and corporate teams ideal to foster networking, cultural exchange and growth opportunities for small towns and rural areas.
We launched our first coliving project in 2012 in Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019.
One of the first in the world, whereby we welcomed hundreds of special guests by creating connections with the local community. A sustainable model we replicated in the city of Gorizia, European Capital of Culture 2025.

Work retreat
We organize retreats dedicated to companies to bring their employees together outside the daily work environment. Special moments to strengthen team spirit, improve internal communication, foster collaboration and creativity, and set new strategic goals.

We organize activities to strengthen your team with games, walks, exercises and simulations that require participants to work together to achieve a common goal. We design exclusive services for digital nomads: the creation of customized itineraries that combine remote work with immersive experiences. Thanks to our vast network of contacts, we organize unique itineraries in Italy, with a focus on local communities, innovative projects and issues such as sustainability and social change. Our itineraries are designed to foster networking and offer opportunities for professional and personal growth, immersing you in stimulating and cultural contexts

With over a decade of experience and work, we have acquired and gained extensive skills in hosting and managing remote worker and digital nomad spaces to transmit to those who wish to open and coordinate coliving and coworking spaces.
